Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scorinn, a web application for organizing amateur football clubs, teams, and matches, operated from Kraków, Poland ("Scorinn", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using Scorinn, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Scorinn account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a club or team
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Use the service to send unsolicited advertising or spam to other users

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile photos, club logos, album photos, ratings, etc.). By submitting it, you grant Scorinn a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display it within the service as needed to operate it (e.g. showing your teammates your profile, or a club's public photo album to visitors). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload what you upload.

Clubs may subscribe to a paid plan for additional features. Payments are processed by our payment provider, LemonSqueezy, and billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.

• You can cancel anytime from the club's upgrade page.
• Cancelling stops future renewals — access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Scorinn may show sponsored product recommendations and banner placements, including affiliate links — if you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored content is always labelled "Sponsored". We don't control the destination site's own policies once you leave Scorinn.

You may stop using Scorinn and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the service, at our discretion.

Scorinn is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for disputes between users, injuries during matches organized through the service, or losses arising from your use of third-party sites reached via links on Scorinn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before a claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of Scorinn after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
