Privacy Policy

Scorinn ("Scorinn", "we", "us") is a web application for organizing amateur football clubs, teams, and matches, operated from Kraków, Poland. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it. If anything here is unclear, contact us at contact@launchinn.io.

We collect only what the service actually needs to function:

• Account data: full name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash by our authentication provider, never in plain text), preferred playing position, and an optional profile photo.
• Club and team data: club/team names, descriptions, logos, roster membership, and your role within a team (player, organizer, admin).
• Match and performance data: match attendance, peer skill ratings you give or receive, goals/assists you self-report, and Man of the Match votes.
• Subscription and payment status: if a club upgrades to a paid plan, we store the subscription tier and an identifier for the transaction. We never see or store your card details — payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, LemonSqueezy.
• Advertising interaction data: if you interact with a product recommendation or banner (view, dismiss, snooze, click), we log that event, optionally linked to your account, to decide what to show you and to measure whether a placement is useful.
• Marketing preference: whether you opted in to receive product update emails at sign-up.
• Basic technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

• To provide the service you signed up for — this is the basis for account, club, team, and match data (necessary to perform our contract with you).
• To process payments for paid club plans (necessary to perform our contract with the paying club).
• To operate and improve advertising placements shown inside the app (our legitimate interest in running a sustainable free product, balanced against showing you only infrequent, position-relevant recommendations — never sold to third parties).
• To send marketing emails — only if you explicitly opted in at sign-up (consent, which you can withdraw at any time from your Account page).
• To keep the service secure and diagnose problems — basic server logs (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that help us run Scorinn:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and file storage. Your data is stored in Google's europe-west1 (Belgium) region.
• LemonSqueezy — payment processing for paid club plans. They receive whatever billing information is needed to process your payment; we never receive your full card details.
• Convertiser — the affiliate network behind product recommendations. We do not send them any personal data about you; if you click through a recommended product, the destination site (and Convertiser's own tracking on that click) is governed by their own privacy policy, not this one.

We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Scorinn, our users, or the public.

We keep your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and associated personal data deleted, email us at contact@launchinn.io — we will process the request within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep certain records longer (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right under the GDPR to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. marketing emails), without affecting processing done before the withdrawal
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in Poland, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO)

Scorinn is not intended for anyone under 16 years old, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. See our Terms of Service for our full eligibility requirement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of Scorinn after a change means you accept the updated policy.
